What’s Included?

Your booking fee covers your place (for you and your birth partner) at all 6 sessions, which together provide practical, friendly and down-to-earth preparation for birth, feeding, and life with a newborn. Sliding Scale Pricing - We are offering places on a sliding scale pricing structure as we believe that everyone deserves access to quality antenatal education, regardless of their financial situation.

✅ Birth Preparation (2 sessions) – Understand your options, your body’s natural processes, and explore practical tools (led by Sarah Drawwater using her Birth Prep In A Box toolkit).

✅Hypnobirthing (1 session) – Learn simple techniques you can use to feel calm and confident (led by Sarah).

✅ Breastfeeding Preparation (2 sessions) – Realistic, practical support to help you feel ready to begin your feeding journey (led by Jo Thompson, highly experienced Breastfeeding Counsellor).
